2. Audit Scotland's Spring Budget Revision 2021/22 Budget adjustment:

The Commission took evidence from—

Stephen Boyle, Auditor General for Scotland;

Professor Alan Alexander, Chair of the Board, Stuart Dennis, Corporate Finance Manager and Martin Walker, Acting Director of Corporate Services, Audit Scotland.

3. Audit Scotland Budget Proposal 2022/23:

The Commission took evidence from—

Professor Alan Alexander, Chair of the Board, Stuart Dennis, Corporate Finance Manager and Martin Walker, Acting Director of Corporate Services, Audit Scotland.

4. Consideration of evidence:

The Commission considered the evidence heard at agenda items 2 and 3. The Commission agreed to write to the Finance and Public Administration Committee with its views on the Spring Budget Revision 2021/22 Budget adjustment.

The Commission also agreed the arrangements for considering its draft report on Audit Scotland Budget Proposal 2022/23.

5. Work programme:

The Commission considered its work programme and noted its earlier decision to appoint Alexander Sloan as auditors of Audit Scotland.
