1. Coronavirus (Discretionary Compensation for Self-isolation) (Scotland) Bill :

The Committee will took evidence on the Bill at Stage 1 from—

Chief Superintendent Test Flynn, Chief Superintendent, Scottish SPCA;

Test Jenkinson, Access and Countryside Advisor, Kennel Club;

Test Boyden, Director, Dogs Trust;

Test Jones, Strategic Paths and Projects Manager, Nature Scotland.

2. Notification of new petitions:

The Committee considered a paper indicating new petitions lodged since the last Committee meeting.

3. Destitution, asylum and insecure immigration status in Scotland - witness expenses:

The Committee invited to delegate to the Convener responsibility for arranging for the SPCB to pay, under Rule 12.4.3, any expenses of witnesses in the inquiry.
