1. Legacy paper:

The Committee will consider a draft legacy paper.


2. Greenhouse Gas Emissions Targets:

The Committee will consider a draft remit for its inquiry.



4. Public petitions:

The Committee will consider the following petitions—

PE1661 Reform of regulation of the legal profession in Scotland
PE1706 Introduce a law to allow pets in rented and supported accommodation
PE1615 State regulated licensing system for gamebird hunting in Scotland




5. Good Food Nation (Scotland) Bill (In Private):

The Committee will consider its approach to the Financial Memorandum of the Good Food Nation (Scotland) Bill .


6. Cross-Party Group - approval:

The Committee will decide whether to accord recognition to the proposed Cross-Party Group on Criminal Justice.


7. Miners’ Strike (Pardons) (Scotland) Bill:

The Committee will take evidence on the Bill at Stage 1 from—

Lesley Nope, Senior Business Manager, Scotland Office;

Dr Calvin Lambert, Scottish Sports Association;

Inspector Alan Dron, Scottish Partnership Against Rural Crime (SPARC) and National Rural Crime Co-ordinator, Police Scotland;
