The following interests were declared—

Meghan Gallacher as a councillor in North Lanarkshire Council;

Paul McLennan as a councillor in East Lothian Council; and

4. Pre-Budget Scrutiny:

The Committee considered Pre-Budget correspondence to the Scottish Government. Various changes were agreed to and the correspondence was agreed.
