The Welfare Foods (Best Start Foods) (Scotland) Amendment Regulations 2022 (SSI 2022/167)

The Committee agreed to make no recommendations in relation to the instruments. In relation to SSI 2022/162 the Committee agreed to seek clarification from the Scottish Government on what instances a directive could be used and information on any appeal process.
