To ask the Scottish Government, further to the answer to question S7W-03392 by Stephen Gethins on 30 September 2026, and the debate on motion S7M-01178, (Middle East: Boycott, Divestment and Sanctions) on 16 September 2026, in which the Minister for Europe, External Affairs and Energy stated that, “The International Criminal Court—an organisation that I wholeheartedly support—has 13 situations under investigation in countries across the world, and we must ensure that there is consistency in our approach internationally and uphold the law, be it domestic or international”, whether it will identify each of the “13 situations” referred to by the minister and whether it will set out in specific detail what actions it has taken in relation to each of them.

To ask the Scottish Government what involvement Transport Scotland has had to date in the decision-making process regarding the termination of the proposed Neilston to Uplawmoor link.
To ask the Scottish Government (a) how many projects across (i) the West Scotland region and (ii) Scotland as a whole that were originally awarded funding through the Places for Everyone programme have subsequently been terminated as a result of the transition to distributing funding through the Active Travel Infrastructure Fund and (b) how much public money has been spent to date on these terminated projects.
To ask the Scottish Government what discussions it has had with East Renfrewshire Council regarding the funding of the proposed Neilston to Uplawmoor link through the Active Travel Infrastructure Fund.
To ask the Scottish Government, regarding the £200,000 provided by Sustrans for the proposed Neilston to Uplawmoor link, whether it will provide a breakdown of how those funds were spent and whether any consideration has been given to recovering or repurposing them following the project's termination.
