To ask the Scottish Government whether the Cabinet Secretary for Health and Sport is aware of the reported proposal in the NHS Greater Glasgow and Clyde draft local delivery plan to transfer birthing services from the Vale of Leven Hospital to the Royal Alexandra Hospital and, if so, when the cabinet secretary was informed of this.
