That the Parliament congratulates Ruglen Rolls in Rutherglen on its win in the Best Roll Bar category at the 2025 Scottish Takeaway Awards, which recognise excellence in the takeaway industry, by highlighting businesses that provide excellent food and service through a public vote; notes that this latest accolade comes very soon after Ruglen Rolls’ win in the same category at the Scottish Café and Bakery Awards in February 2025, and wishes it all the best for its continued success.
