Recognising the Contribution of Asda Motherwell Through the Asda Foundation

That the Parliament recognises the contribution of Asda Motherwell in supporting communities through the Asda Foundation; notes that the store awarded £500 to 20th Motherwell Boys' Brigade, which provides youth programmes and community activities; further notes that £1,000 was given to Lanarkshire Deaf Hub, which supports children and young people with hearing impairments and £990 to You Are My Sunshine, which delivers creative projects and wellbeing support for young people; understands that these grants will enable the organisations to improve inclusion and opportunities in the community, and welcomes the work of Asda Motherwell in helping organisations strengthen support for children and young people.
