The meeting will hear from two representatives of Zaytoun, a social enterprise supplying Fair Trade and ethically sourced fine food products from Palestine. Doha Asous is an olive grower in Burin. She’s also a participant in the slow food movement. She will be accompanied by Taysir Arbasi who is Zaytoun's Advocacy and Liaison Officer .
