Elements Recognised as West of Scotland’s Top Dining Experience

That the Parliament congratulates Elements restaurant in Bearsden on winning the best eating experience award at the West of Scotland Thistle Awards 2025; recognises what it sees as the restaurant’s outstanding contribution to Scotland’s culinary and hospitality sector, its commitment to delivering high-quality, sustainable and locally sourced produce and its creation of exceptional fine dining experiences that combine creativity, innovation and international culinary influences; acknowledges the dedication, skill and passion of the team behind Elements, whose professionalism and expertise have been integral to the restaurant’s rapid rise and continued success, including recognition in the Michelin Guide and through other prestigious awards; notes what it sees as the restaurant’s positive impact on the local community, including the creation of new employment opportunities, investment in accessible and welcoming facilities and engagement with local producers and suppliers; believes that the award reflects not only the excellence of the food and service provided but also the commitment to fostering inclusive, memorable and high-quality experiences for all diners; recognises the significance of such accolades in celebrating innovation, leadership and achievement within Scotland’s hospitality sector, and further acknowledges the role of Elements in enhancing what it sees as Glasgow’s and the West of Scotland’s reputation for world-class cuisine, hospitality and tourism.
